Draft — for legal review
This page is a draft document. A lawyer has not yet checked or approved the content. Places marked “[TO BE COMPLETED]” or “[TO BE CONFIRMED]” are waiting for information. The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy. Draft status: 15 September 2026.
On this page we explain how our website and shop use cookies and how you can change your consent.
1. What cookies are
1.1. Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your device, for example on your computer or phone. Other technologies, for example browser storage, work in a similar way.
1.2. We divide cookies into categories:
- necessary — needed for the website and shop to work, for example the basket, placing an order and remembering the language you chose,
- preferences — remember your settings,
- statistics — help us understand how visitors use the website,
- marketing — let us measure how well our marketing works and show content from other services, for example maps or videos.
1.3. Necessary cookies do not need your consent. We save cookies from the other categories only after you give consent. [TO BE CONFIRMED: result of the website scan in Cookiebot]
2. How to manage your consent
2.1. We collect consent with the Cookiebot tool. On your first visit you will see a window where you can agree to selected categories of cookies or refuse consent.
2.2. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time. Use the “Cookie settings” button below or the link with the same name in the website footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it.
2.3. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, it may be harder to use the shop, for example the basket.
3. List of cookies
3.1. The Cookiebot tool creates the current list of cookies automatically, based on a scan of the website. The list shows the name, provider, purpose, storage period and category. You can see the list below.
4. Tools that may use cookies
4.1. The website uses the following tools:
- Cookiebot — remembers your consent decision (necessary),
- WordPress, WooCommerce and Polylang — running the website, the basket, orders and the language you chose (necessary),
- webinars — a cookie for webinar participants; we save it when you open the link from the email or when you register just before or during the webinar; it lets you enter the webinar room; it expires one day after the end of the webinar day (necessary),
- Google Analytics 4 — website visit statistics; we load the Google Analytics code only after you agree to the “statistics” category; we use Google consent mode (Consent Mode v2),
- Google Search Console — checking how visible the website is in Google search; this tool does not save cookies on visitors’ devices,
- WooCommerce order attribution — information about where you came to the shop from before you placed an order; turned on only after you agree to the “marketing” category,
- Google for WooCommerce — sending product data to Google Merchant Center; cookies and Google tags of this tool on the website: [TO BE CONFIRMED],
- YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com mode) — playing videos and webinar broadcasts; we load the player only after you click; consent category: [TO BE CONFIRMED],
- Google Maps on the Contact page — we load the map only after you agree to the “marketing” category; before that you see the address and a link to the map,
- InPost — the map for choosing an InPost Parcel Locker in the order form; we load the map only after you open the window to choose a pick-up point; consent category: [TO BE CONFIRMED],
- Brevo — sending the emails you sign up for in the forms on the website; Brevo cookies on the website: [TO BE CONFIRMED].
